Timings: 6.30pm - 8.30pm over eight evenings providing in-depth global wine knowledge supported by tasting 40 wines samples from around the world


Fees include: Study books, box of 40 wine samples 20ml,

16 hours of live WSET tuition with Luisa and WSET remote invigilation examination from home (plus globally recognised WSET certificate and lapel pin for those who pass) If you want to join from outside of Europe you can source your own wines, a recommended list will be sent to you and there's a payment option of £325 without the wine samples at checkout.

Gain the internationally accredited WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the comfort of your living room via zoom. All sessions are recorded if you can't make one. This is a beginner to intermediate level qualification. On successful completion of this exciting and structured course you will be:

  • a more confident wine taster

  • able to describe and compare the styles of wines produced from internationally and regionally important grape varieties

  • know how to interpret wine labels from the main wine producing regions of the world

  • how to store, serve, taste and pair wines to get the best out of every glass

This qualification is broken down into:

  • 16 hours of delivery time over zoom

  • 12 hours of personal study and revision

  • A 1 hour remote invigilation examination comprised of 50 multiple choice questions


Please note the exam date and time are fixed and will take place in your own home via 'Remote Invigilation'. To be booked onto this exam on 15th February (and for delivery of wine samples) bookings need to be made by 10th January Any bookings made after this will be booked onto another date that suits you, (WSET needs 3 weeks notice of the desired exam date you choose to book).  As long as you have a device with webcam and microphone to take your exam on (such as a laptop or Macbook) and another device to record you (a smart phone or tablet) you are all set!   • How the style and quality of the wine is influenced by environmental factors, grape-growing, winemaking and maturation options, looking at eight principal grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio/Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah/Shiraz

  • Key wine producing regions of the world and the style and quality of wines made from 22 regionally important grape varieties & produced in over 70 geographical indications

  • How grape varieties and winemaking processes influence key styles of sparkling wines & fortified wines
