WSET LEVEL 2 AWARD

Interactive, fun classroom course

This beginner/ intermediate globally recognised wine course can be run as a three day course or over six evenings depending on your requirements. I can come to your offices or premises. Minimum group booking of 5 people.

£450.00

Fees include: Study books, wine samples, 16 hours of live WSET tuition with Luisa and WSET  examination (plus globally recognised WSET certificate and lapel pin for those who pass) 

Gain the internationally accredited WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the comfort of your living room via zoom. All sessions are recorded if you can't make one. This is a beginner to intermediate level qualification. On successful completion of this exciting and structured course you will be:

  • A more confident wine taster

  • Able to describe and compare the styles of wines produced from internationally and regionally important grape varieties

  • Know how to interpret wine labels from the main wine producing regions of the world

  • How to store, serve, taste and pair wines to get the best out of every glass

This qualification is broken down into:

  • 16 hours of delivery time over zoom

  • 12 hours of personal study and revision


  • A 1 hour examination comprised of 50 multiple choice questions

  • Key wine producing regions of the world and the style and quality of wines made from 22 regionally important grape varieties & produced in over 70 geographical indications

  • How grape varieties and winemaking processes influence key styles of sparkling wines & fortified wines
