It was wonderful to showcase Swiss & Austrian grape varieties of Chasselas, Gruner Veltliner & Blaufränkisch along with cheeses Ossau Iraty, Berner Hobelkäse, Vacherin Mont D’Or & Jersey Blau 🧀
